Rambo finishes second in the 2008 Southern National points.
Going into Saturday's race at Tazewell, Rambo had a 10 point lead over Chris Madden. With a 7th place starting spot he had a lot of ground to cover to maintain that lead. Finishing the race in 5th position and Madden winning they tied for the points. With Madden coming out the winner due to have won more races in the 10 races.
Rambo and crew were a little disappointed but stated they gave it their all and it was the best they could do.
Rambo will return to Wythe, Va on Saturday August 2 for the Clash race.
